Welcome,

I share yoga from my heart. Offering sessions steeped in ancient philosophy, grounded in scientific principles and layered with playful creativity.

I come with curiosity, compassion and fascination of mind, body, being.

Flexibility and fitness are by no means a prerequisite— these skills will grow yet our significant focus lies in awakening awareness. This practice is for all. This practice is for you.

Collectively, we immerse in the wise teachings of movement and stillness. Connecting to our intrinsic rhythm by way of natural cycle, elemental balance and simple presence.

Encouraging self-enquiry, autonomy, expression; truth. Holding deep reverence for rest and recognising physical challenge as a form of needed nurture, we flux between the two.

Life asks that we wade in realms of entropic contrast. In the same way a canvas inevitably enlivens by receiving depth from the interplay of light and dark—
so do we.

For me, yogic & taoist teachings act as a map, guiding us to be with life’s dualities, intimately and intentionally, without becoming excessively entangled in them. Such that we flow through our experience of ‘positive’ and ‘negative’ with trust in their transience.

ella’s way encourages you to find your own path - a life you are both curious explorer in and creative artist of - with the intention of returning home.

I guide inspired by the sacred authenticity of my own simple presence. I resource teachings and modalities I find to be most engaging, healing and joyous.
